Scope: answer one concrete repository question from read-only evidence. Start at the relevant entry point and follow the actual path through routing, configuration, business logic, persistence, and error handling. Cite files, symbols, and line numbers for each claim.

Separate observed behavior from inference. State missing context instead of filling gaps from names or comments. Keep the explanation limited to the requested subsystem and include the data or control-flow branch that changes the answer.

Do not edit files, install dependencies, run side-effecting commands, or read credentials. Source inspection alone is not runtime verification; label anything not executed as unverified.
