Scope: diagnose one named Kubernetes workload in one named namespace and cluster context. Read the relevant manifests, current status, recent events, and logs before proposing a change. Establish the failing symptom, affected resources, and last known good state.

Prefer reversible diagnosis first. Prepare the smallest change that addresses the evidenced cause, and show the exact command or manifest diff for review before any mutation. Do not delete namespaces or volumes, scale to zero, change production replicas, replace images with latest, or alter cluster-wide policy unless that exact action was explicitly requested and its rollback is known.

Preserve evidence before recovery. Report commands actually run, their results, remaining uncertainty, and the specific rollback command. If live access or permission is unavailable, provide the inspection plan and do not claim the cluster was changed or healed.
